Overview
Assessors and Trainee Assessors can enable Microsoft Teams integration on their Onefile Eportfolio profile. Once enabled, you can schedule online meetings directly through the platform using your Microsoft 365 account.
Note: The Microsoft Teams integration must first be enabled by a Centre Manager in Centre Settings before assessors can activate it on their own profile.

Steps
How to Enable Microsoft Teams
- Click your Name in the top‑right corner of the screen.
- Select Profile.
- Scroll to the Online Meetings section.
- Click Sign in with Microsoft.
- Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 login credentials.
- Click Accept to grant permissions.
Opting Out
If you no longer wish to use Microsoft Teams for online meetings:
- Return to the Online Meetings section of your profile.
- Click Opt out to disable the integration.
Next Steps
Once Microsoft Teams is enabled via your profile, you can begin scheduling online meetings using the calendar icon within Onefile Eportfolio.

- Ensure Microsoft Teams is enabled at Centre level before attempting to activate it on a profile.
- Your Microsoft 365 login must match your organisation’s configuration for authentication.
- You can re‑enable Microsoft Teams at any time by signing in again.
