Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessors
- Trainee Assessors
- Learners
Steps to Extract Large Files
- Log in to the app.
- Navigate to the evidence in question.
- Tap and hold the evidence for 3–5 seconds.
- Tap Share.
- Select the third-party software you want to save the file to.
Next Steps
- From the third-party app, you can:
- Share a link to the evidence area in the learner’s eportfolio.
- Zip the file into a smaller size.
- Split video files into smaller parts.
