Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

You can still access our help guides at any time — just search the Help Centre to find the answers you need. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Log out of your account

Overview

You can log out of your Onefile account from either the My Accounts page or from within any active account. This guide explains both methods.

Steps

Log Out from the My Accounts Page

  1. Hover over or click your Name at the top-right corner.
  2. Select Log out. 

Log Out from Within an Account

  1. Click your Name in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click Log out.

Tips & Notes

  • If you cannot locate your name, check that you are logged into the correct area (Eportfolio, My Accounts, etc.).
  • Logging out fully closes your session for security.
