To resolve the issue with the EPortfolio centre not appearing, please follow the steps below:
- Click Manage team members
- Click onto the 3 dots on a Tutor account
- Select E-portfolio centre
- Click update team member
We’re currently aware of an issue where download portfolio's are taking longer than expected to become available to download.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.
The product is currently making its way through the backlog and the portfolio's will be available as soon as possible.
