Why is the Eportfolio option appearing greyed out on RPL?

To resolve the issue with the EPortfolio centre not appearing, please follow the steps below:
  1. Click Manage team members 
  2. Click onto the 3 dots on a Tutor account 
  3. Select E-portfolio centre 
  4. Click update team member
