Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Keychain Account Creation Guide

This guide will take you through the steps that you will go through whilst setting up your OneFile Keychain account. Your device will need to be connected to the internet, and you will need access to your email account.

If you attempt to log in to your system without first setting up your Keychain account, you will not be able to access your system.


  1. An email will be sent to you inviting you to register for a Keychain account 
    • After clicking the link, you will be taken to the Keychain Registration page
  2. Complete your details, accept the Terms and Conditions, and then click Register
    • You will receive a further email with a temporary password and the rest of your login credentials
  3. Use the link in the email to navigate to the OneFile Login page
  4. Sign in using the credentials that were provided to you
  5. When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to update your password
    • Please note the criteria your password must satisfy to be accepted
    • After changing your password, you will need to log in to the system using your new details
  6. If you use multi-factor authentication, you will be prompted to set this up when you first log in to the system
    • Please ensure you have an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, installed on your phone
  7. After signing in, you will be taken to the My Accounts area, where you should see your account and all the OneFile products you have available
