OTJ

When there is an active Break in Learning, the expected OTJ hours and target OTJ % will be frozen/unchanged until the learner returns from their break in learning. The learner will not be able to add any OTJ during the BIL if the centre setting "Learning activity falls on a break in learning" is enabled. Target progress (calculated based on the unit end dates) will need to be updated to reflect the BIL.
