Download portfolio time

We’re currently aware of an issue where download portfolio's are taking longer than expected to become available to download.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.

The product is currently making its way through the backlog and the portfolio's will be available as soon as possible.

Enabling Forums

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

Centre Setting

Enable forum

A Centre Manager can enable Forums, by following the below steps: 

  1. Click Centre 
  2. Click Settings 
  3. Select Enable Forum 
  4. Restrict access to user groups by ticking next to them
  5. Click Save
