Please ensure you are logged out of your Eportfolio account before 7am to prevent any data loss.

Exporting Completed Skills Assessments to PDF

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Tutor
  • Client Owner
  • Finance Admin
  • Line Manager

To export a completed Skills Assessment to PDF, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Manage applications
  2. Click onto the applicant to access the assessment
  3. Click Export PDF file

Only Assessment in the following Statuses can be exported:

  • In Review
  • Successful
  • Unsuccessful

When your document is ready to download it will appear within your Exports. Guidance on downloading your exports can be found here.
