Exporting Completed Skills Assessments to PDF

Overview

Tutors, Client Owners, Finance Admins, and Line Managers can export completed Skills Assessments to PDF for auditing, record‑keeping, and review purposes. Only assessments in specific statuses can be exported.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Tutor
  • Client Owner
  • Finance Admin
  • Line Manager

Steps to Export a Completed Skills Assessment

  1. Click Manage applications in the navigation menu.
  2. Select the applicant to open their Skills Assessment.
  3. Click Export PDF file.

Eligible Assessment Statuses

Only assessments in the following statuses can be exported:

  • In Review
  • Successful
  • Unsuccessful

Once the PDF has been generated, the document will appear in your Exports area.

Tips & Notes

  • PDF generation may take several minutes depending on system load.
  • The export will not appear until the assessment reaches an eligible status.
  • If the PDF option does not appear, check the assessment status first.
