On Wednesday 21st January 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements and fixes to Eportfolio and Event subscription

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • All team members

To see all exports follow the below steps:

  1. Click Exports
  2. Click the download icon to save the file to your PC or device

File types

The below file types can be exported.

  • CSV
  • PDF
  • .JSON

Exported files are stored for 14 days where they can be downloaded. 

You can download your skills assessment scores to .JSON and then upload these scores to the learners scorecard.
