[Eportfolio] Unable to download learner portfolios

We’re currently aware of an issue impacting some users that is causing an error when downloading a learners portfolio.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.

Creating a Plan on the Eportfolio app

The Eportfolio app has the ability for the assessor to create Plans on-the-go, by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your account on the app
  2. Tap Plans
  3. Tap the menu button
  4. Tap Create Plan
  5. Tap the name of your learner
  6. Complete all relevant sections by tapping the next section heading at the top of the page
  7. On the Sign tab, tap Awaiting Signature or tap the menu button to finish online

Your plan will now appear within the Sync Ready tab with Assessment Plans on the app.
