If you've been with OneFile longer than 12 months and wish to purchase additional seats, please contact your customer success manager via email.
In either case, you'll need to send the following information:
- Your full name
- Company name
- The number of additional user seats you'd like to purchase
- Your purchase order information
and if applicable:
- A copy of a quotation if have received one
- The details of the additional person that needs contacting after the seats have been applied
