Please ensure all data is saved and your Eportfolio account is logged out before 7am to avoid any data loss.

How can I purchase additional suscriptions, licences, credits or seats?

If you've joined OneFile in the last 12 months:

Call us on +44 (0) 161 638 7836 and select option 2 for the Sales team. alternatively, you can email us directly at [email protected] or complete this form on our website.

If you've been with OneFile longer than 12 months and wish to purchase additional seats, please contact your customer success manager via email.

In either case, you'll need to send the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Company name
  • The number of additional user seats you'd like to purchase
  • Your purchase order information

and if applicable:

  • A copy of a quotation if have received one
  • The details of the additional person that needs contacting after the seats have been applied
