On Thursday, we're updating Engage, to introduce some enhancements and fixes.

There is no downtime for this update.

We’re currently aware of an issue where download portfolio's are taking longer than expected to become available to download.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.

The product is currently making its way through the backlog and the portfolio's will be available as soon as possible.

How can I purchase additional suscriptions, licences, credits or seats?

If you've joined OneFile in the last 12 months:

Call us on +44 (0) 161 638 7836 and select option 2 for the Sales team. alternatively, you can email us directly at sales@onefile.co.uk or complete this form on our website.

If you've been with OneFile longer than 12 months and wish to purchase additional seats, please contact your customer success manager via email.

In either case, you'll need to send the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Company name
  • The number of additional user seats you'd like to purchase
  • Your purchase order information

and if applicable:

  • A copy of a quotation if have received one
  • The details of the additional person that needs contacting after the seats have been applied
