Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

New integration alert - OneFile x AoA

We are excited to announce a new integration with the Association of Apprentices (AoA). This integration allows apprentices to easily access their AoA resources directly from OneFile, without needing to log into the AoA website.
Once enabled in the integration hub, learners will find a new AoA Membership link under the MyAccounts side menu in their keychain. If they are already registered with the AoA, clicking the link will take them to the AoA website. If not, OneFile will direct them to the AoA registration page.
In order to enable the integration you will need to enter your AoA corporate membership id. This can be found on your AoA Corporate member Dashboard, or by contacting the Association of Apprentices.

The integration will be available from 05/12/2024.
