On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, to introduce a new enhancement.  

Please ensure all data is saved and your Eportfolio account is logged out before 7am to avoid any data loss.

Changing our public IP address

We are reaching out to inform you of an upcoming change that may impact your access to OneFile services.

In order to enhance the security and efficiency of our systems, we will be changing our public IP address. As a result, if you have any network configurations or settings that restrict access based on specific IP addresses, it is important that you update them accordingly to ensure uninterrupted access to OneFile. 

The new IP address is 20.77.104.237.

We'd advise adding the new IP address alongside our current IP's for a smooth transition. 

We'll let you know as soon as we have more information when the changes takes place.
