Tracker Login Update - 15 November 2023
As we continue to integrate Tracker into the wider OneFile family of products and offer enhanced functionality through cross-product communication, we will shortly update how you log into Tracker. We call this the OneFile Keychain, and it enables the use of a single login to access Tracker and all other OneFile products.
Customers who already use Keychain to access their OneFile products will see Tracker added as an option on their Accounts screen, removing the need to manage a separate account to access Tracker.
If you are a Tracker customer and do not currently have any additional OneFile products, although the look of the login process will look different, the functionality will remain much the same. After entering your login credentials, you will be taken directly to your Tracker homepage.
This new login method will be implemented on Wednesday 15th of November, when you will receive an email guiding you through the steps necessary to access your system. This process takes roughly 5 minutes to complete.
We will be sending out guides and an overview of the process over the coming weeks to all Tracker users, and will be on hand via our normal support channels to assist anyone who encounters issues setting up their Keychain or accessing Tracker.
