Please ensure all data is saved and your Eportfolio account is logged out before 7am to avoid any data loss.

Change to Browser Support Policy - Internet Explorer 11

In-line with Microsoft, we're no longer in a position to support Internet Explorer 11, which stopped receiving updates on 15th June 2022. We have updated our browser policy to reflect this change, which also includes a list of supported browsers.

We would advise customers to use the latest stable versions of any of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari

Many parts of the OneFile products will continue to work in Internet Explorer, but we will no longer develop or test our products with Internet Explorer 11 in mind or fix browser-specific bugs caused by Internet Explorer. We encourage you to adopt one of the browsers listed above, whilst using OneFile.
