Century Integration Overview

Overview

The Onefile and Century integration allows you to view learners’ Century assessment results directly within their Onefile Eportfolio. This guide explains how the integration works, how users are matched, how to control access, and where results appear in the learner’s portfolio.

How the Integration Works

  • Automatic Matching: Onefile automatically attempts to match learners in both systems using their verified email address.
  • Result Display: Once a learner’s email is verified in Eportfolio, Onefile retrieves and displays their Century assessment results.
  • Where Results Appear: Matched results are shown on the Century page within the learner’s portfolio.

Controlling Access to Century Data

Access to Century assessment results is controlled by a user permission.

Permission Management

Centre Managers can enable or restrict access using the “Can view Century Tech results” permission.

Permission Levels

This permission can be applied to:

  • Individual user accounts
  • User groups

Applicable User Groups

  • Learners
  • Assessor
  • Centre Manager
  • Centre Monitor
  • Employer
  • External Verifier
  • Internal Verifier
  • Lead Internal Verifier
  • Observer
  • Trainee Assessor
  • User Manager

Visibility Requirements

The Century tile will only appear if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The user has the Century permission.
  • The learner has a verified primary email address.
  • The Century integration is enabled in the Integration Hub.

Tips & Notes

  • If results do not appear, verify that the learner’s email is correctly matched in both systems.
  • Permissions may need adjusting if users cannot see the Century tile.
  • Only verified email addresses can be used for successful matching.
