Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Enable the Summit integration

Overview

The Summit integration allows you to seamlessly connect Onefile with Summit Qualifications to support EPA processes. Before enabling the integration, you must speak with your Onefile Account Manager to ensure that your Centre is approved for activation.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Centre Manager

API Token

This integration requires an API Token provided by Onefile, which must then be added to your Summit Qualifications account.

Steps to Enable the Summit Integration

  1. Contact your Onefile Account Manager to request activation of the Summit integration.
  2. Once approved, Onefile Support will provide your Centre with an API Token.
  3. Securely share this API Token with Summit Qualifications, who will complete the configuration on their side.
