Overview
Delivery Plan templates allow Centres to structure training content into modules and components that can be reused across learners. Before creating a Delivery Plan template, ensure your Centre has enabled the Delivery Plans feature.
Note: If you are unable to see the Delivery Plan settings, please contact your OneFile Account Manager.
Permissions
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by users with the correct permissions:
- Centre Manager with permission
- User Manager with permission
Required Permissions
- Enable Delivery Plans (Centre Setting)
- Can manage learner's delivery plans
Steps
Creating a Delivery Plan Template
- First, create a Framework Template. (Help on creating Framework Templates can be found in the related link at the bottom of this article.)
- Click the Delivery Plan tab.
- Click Add Module.
- Select a Category.
- Enter the Module Name and Description.
- Click Add Module.
- Add additional components or modules by clicking either:
- Add Component
- Add Module
- Once you are happy with the Delivery Plan template, you must Publish it. (Information on how to publish templates can be found in the related links section.)
Tips & Notes
- Ensure your Framework Template is complete before creating your Delivery Plan template.
- Modules and components can be added in any order and edited before publishing.
- Publishing makes the template available for learners.
