Enable the Onefile integration with Yeti

Overview

If you're a Cognisoft Yeti customer and also use Onefile, you can integrate both systems to reduce duplication of data entry across platforms. Before enabling the integration, please speak with your Onefile Account Manager, who can discuss and approve integration activation.

This feature can be used by:

  • Centre Manager

Steps to Enable the Yeti Integration

Once the integration has been approved by your Onefile Account Manager, follow the steps below:

  1. Your Onefile Support team will provide you with an API Token.
  2. Contact Cognisoft and securely share the API Token with them.
  3. Cognisoft will then configure the integration on their system to complete the setup.

Once Cognisoft has confirmed configuration is complete, data will begin flowing between Yeti and Onefile as designed.
