Overview
Learners and Assessors can finish assessments on the Onefile Eportfolio App that were originally started online. To do this, the assessment must first be synced to the app using the Sync Settings.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Learner
- Assessor
Steps for Learners
- Tap the Settings icon (⚙️).
- Tap Sync Settings.
- Select all elements you want to sync.
- Tap Start Sync.
Once sync is complete, the assessments will appear under the Assessments icon on the homepage of the app.
Please Note:
Only pending assessments, currently assigned to the learner, that have never been synced to the app before will be displayed.
Steps for Assessors
- Tap the My Learners icon.
- Select the learner.
- Alternatively:
- Tap and hold to select multiple learners, or
- Tap the blue sync icon to sync all assigned learners.
- Tap Sync.
- Select all elements you want to sync.
- Tap Start Sync.
After syncing, the assessments will appear under:
- The Assessments icon on your home page
- The learner’s page within the app
Please Note:
Only pending assessments, currently assigned to the assessor, that have never been synced to the app before will be displayed.
Tips & Notes
- Ensure your device has a stable internet connection before syncing.
- Completed or previously synced assessments will not reappear in the sync list.
- If an assessment does not appear, check whether it has already been synced or completed online.
