The OTJ Target to Date column and the OTJ Deviation have been added to the Users Data Export.
Will these changes be in our FTPS download tonight at 2am (Thursday 23rd March 2023)?

If you have access to the User.csv in your exports, yes the additional fields will be available tomorrow.
