Enable BKSB API integration

Overview

Before enabling the BKSB API integration, please contact your Onefile Account Manager to discuss activation. Once approved, Centre Managers can enable the integration using an API Token and Key provided by OneAdvanced BKSB.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user role:

  • Centre Manager

API Token and Key

This integration requires a valid API Token and Key from OneAdvanced BKSB. To retrieve these:

  1. Log into BKSB.
  2. Click Admin Options in the navigation menu.
  3. Click API Access Keys.

Steps to Enable the Integration

  1. Click Centre in the navigation menu.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Click Go to integrations.
  4. Click Configure for BKSB Live.
  5. Add your API Key.
  6. Add your API Token.
  7. Click Save.

Once the integration has been enabled, it may take up to 24 hours for Onefile to import the data from BKSB.

Unable to See the BKSB Icon on the Learner Portfolio?

You can run a report on unmatched accounts to identify learners whose email addresses do not match between Onefile and BKSB. Guidance on running this report can be found here.

BKSB DataBridge

If your Centre currently uses the BKSB Data Bridge integration, please contact BKSB for advice before enabling the API integration, as running both may cause data duplication.
