Before a learning aim can be assigned to a learner, it must first be added to your Tracker system. In order to add learning aims to Tracker, please follow the below steps;
- Log in to Tracker using a Power User role
- Click on the Site Admin menu item on the left side of the screen
- Click on the Aim References option. This will display your existing Learning Aims
- Click on the New button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen
- In the search bar, type in the Learning Aim Reference of the aim you wish to add
- Press the Enter key on your keyboard or use your mouse to click on the Search button
- When the search has completed, click on the Learning Aim that appears in the results list
- Once the screen refreshes, click on the Save button
The learning aim will now be available to assign to learner records and also add to templates for future use.
Please note that learning aims that have recently been published may take some time to become available in the learning aim search. In the event that a learning aim cannot be found using the search facility, please contact [email protected] for further support.
