Overview
If the Eportfolio Centre option appears greyed out in RPL, it usually means the Tutor has not yet been linked to an Eportfolio Centre. Updating the Tutor's team member record resolves the issue.
User Roles
This issue can be resolved by:
- Client Owner
- Tutor (with appropriate permissions)
Steps to Resolve the Issue
- Click Manage team members.
- Click the three dots next to the Tutor account.
- Select Eportfolio centre.
- Click Update team member.
Once updated, the Eportfolio option should no longer appear greyed out, and the Tutor will be able to use the Eportfolio-linked features in RPL.
Tips & Notes
- This issue typically occurs when a Tutor was added to RPL before being associated with an Eportfolio Centre.
- If the option is still greyed out after updating, ensure that the Tutor has an active account in Eportfolio.
- Only Tutors linked to Centres with RPL enabled will see the option active.
