Overview
Learning Aims can be linked to courses in Enrol to ensure learners are correctly associated with the required qualification or programme. Once a Learning Aim is assigned to a course, it becomes tied to that course structure.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Super Admin
- Admin
- Tutor
Steps to Add a Learning Aim to a Course
- Click onto Course.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the course.
- Select the appropriate Learning Aim from the dropdown list under the Learning Aim section.
- Click Update Course.
Please Note
- Once a Learning Aim has been selected for a course, it will no longer appear in the dropdown list for any other course.
- If the Learning Aim is missing, check whether it has already been assigned elsewhere.
Tips & Notes
- You can update Learning Aims at any time unless the course is already assigned to active learners.
- Ensure Learning Aims match the current programme or funding requirements for accuracy.
