Changing the status of a Learner

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Provider Admin
  • Financial Admin
  • Assessor
  1. Click Learners
  2. Click on Learner
  3. Click Learning Delivery
  4. Under Learning Aims select Aim 
  5. Click Completion status
  6. Under Select Status choose an option 

Update Learner status

Learner status can only be updated if the Programme is withdrawn, in learning, break in learning or completed
