Declarations and how change them

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

Declarations are the text that is displayed when signing assessments and unit summaries. It is possible to create new versions of the declarations, so that the old declaration is no longer displayed when viewing new assessments or unit summaries.

To create a new version of a declaration, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Quality 
  2. Click Declarations
  3. Find the declaration that you would like to update
  4. Click New Version
  5. Add new declaration text
  6. Click Save
