Deleting Unwanted Work from the Onefile Eportfolio App

Overview

This article explains how learners and assessors can delete unwanted plans, assessments, reviews, or evidence directly from the Onefile Eportfolio App. Please note that deleted items cannot be restored.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Assessor and Trainee Assessor
  • Learner

Steps

How to Delete Plans, Assessments, Reviews, or Evidence

  1. Open the Onefile Eportfolio App and log in.
  2. Tap My Learners.
  3. Select the learner’s name.
  4. Tap the relevant section: Plans, Assessments, Reviews, or Evidence.
  5. Press and hold any item to enable multi-selection.
  6. Tap each item you wish to delete.
  7. Tap the Bin icon in the bottom-right corner to delete the selected items.

Important Notes

  • Deleting items is irreversible. Once deleted, plans, assessments, reviews, or evidence cannot be recovered.
  • Ensure you are selecting the correct items before confirming deletion.
