Resetting your password

If you are unable to log in, you will need to reset your password.

You can click here to reset the passwords for an Individual or Keychain Account.

You will need to select the Product (Ignite) from the options, which will allow you to select either Individual or Keychain.

 

Individual Account

You will be required to enter:

  • Email Address
  • Username

If all details are correct, you will receive a generic password via email, which can be changed once your account has been accessed. 

 

Keychain Account

You will be required to enter:

  • Email Address

If this links to the account you are trying to access, you will receive an email containing a link. This will allow you to change the password to access your Keychain.

 

Note - OneFile will be unable to reset your password if you don't have a registered email address. You will need to contact your Assessor or another person at the training provider.
