New Year, New HelpDesk

We're pleased to announce that in the next few weeks, we will be migrating over to a brand new HelpDesk!

The new HelpDesk provides so many more benefits to you over the current solution (this site) and is a huge improvement to the system we use internally to communicate with you.

Additional benefits include:

  • The ability to see and update all of your open tickets with us
  • Brand new and more relevant FAQ articles
  • A forum to communicate with other users in the OneFile community
  • The ability to see and subscribe to our "known issues" and to get automatically updated when they're resolved

Whilst we're busy configuring the new HelpDesk, we've suspended the ability for you to contact us by submitting a ticket on the current HelpDesk. Don't worry though, you can still contact our teams by using the email addresses below:
